Report on the Protocol Addressing Member Conduct Issues: 2016-17

In 2016–17, a total of 14 expressions of concern about a member’s conduct were made in writing to a member manager in relation to the Code of Conduct for Members of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. The majority were dismissed: nine were determined to be unfounded and one was determined not to fall under the Protocol. Four of the expressions of concern remained unresolved at the end of the reporting period.
