Important COVID-19 health and safety measures have been put in place to protect hearing room participants, employees and visitors.
Do not come to the IRB if you have symptoms of COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 5 days.
You must arrive 30 minutes before the hearing start time indicated on your Notice to Appear. Follow wall signs and any instructions provided to you by IRB employees and security guards.
Please sanitize your hands when entering and leaving the hearing room. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available at the entrances and on the table.
The following health and safety measures are currently in place:
- all public spaces will be disinfected frequently throughout the day
- KN95 masks will be provided for use,
but are not required
- hearing rooms are disinfected before your hearing starts and again after you leave
