Financial statements and reports

IRB provides accounting of the full nature and extent of departmental activities and maintains accounting control over budgets and expenditures through the Departmental Financial Statements, Future Oriented Statements of Operations and Quarterly Financial Reports.

Financial statements

Departmental Financial Statements (DFS) provide an accounting of the full nature and extent of the activities for which the Deputy Head (DH) is accountable and expected to maintain accounting control.

Quarterly Financial Reporting

Quarterly financial reports (QFR) consist of financial tables comparing planned and actual expenditures for both the quarter and year-to-date as well as comparative information for the preceding fiscal year.

Future oriented statement of operations

The future oriented statement of operations presents the forecasted results for the current fiscal year and the planned results for the following fiscal year on an accrual accounting basis.
