The IRB is making the
My Case portal our primary channel for secure electronic document submission. We're expanding access to the My Case portal while streamlining how we accept documents:

Counsel and designated representatives appearing before the RPD and the RAD are expected to use the
My Case portal to submit documents electronically.

Email can no longer be used to submit documents to the RPD and the RAD.

Canada Post Connect can no longer be used to submit documents to
any division.

Fax is discouraged when submitting documents to any IRB division.
To ensure access to justice, self-represented claimantsand appellants will be invited gradually to register for the My Case portal but can continue using email for document submission to the IRB if they prefer.
Any other form of electronic document submission requires permission by the relevant division and will only be considered in
exceptional circumstances.
