The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has expanded its use of Canada Post’s epost Connect™ service. Parties will now have access to secure, confidential and timely two-way communication with the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) and the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD).
To sign up to
send or
receive documents through epost Connect™, please refer to the registration instructions. Please note, until Friday June 26, due to the anticipated high volume of requests, there may be a delay while the IRB completes the registration process and initiates the epost Connect™ “conversation” needed to transmit documents.
Please consult the RAD’s
Practice Notice and the RPD’s
Practice Notice that provide important information regarding the exchange of documents between the IRB and parties to IRB proceedings.
