Appeals filed before April 2019

The IAD is committed to completing appeals filed before April 2019 as quickly as possible. Assuming continued capacity and a stable complement of decision-makers, it is anticipated that these older appeals can be completed and still allow the IAD to meet the service standard for new appeals filed after April 2019.
