IRB publishes two quality reports: Quality performance at the ID and at the RAD

​The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has released its latest quality reports for two divisions: the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) and the Immigration Division (ID). As one of the strategies under our Quality Assurance Framework, the IRB's divisions regularly undergo independent quality reviews of a selection of their decisions.

Refugee Appeal Division

• The latest Quality Performance in the Refugee Appeal Division 2020-21 report is now available.
• A MRAP has been developed to address areas for improvement.

Immigration Division

• The Quality Performance in the Immigration Division 2020-21 report is now available.
• A MRAP has been developed to address areas for improvement.
