The Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) hereby provides notice to the parties that appear before it that in accordance with Rule 58(b) of the Immigration Appeal Division Rules, SOR/2002-230 (IAD Rules):
Effective July 4, 2017, an electronic signature will satisfy the requirement for members to sign their reasons for decision under Rule 55 and Rule 56 of the IAD Rules.
