My Case, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) portal for sharing documents with the counsel community, is being updated to improve security by adding two-factor authentication (2FA).
My Case users who
sign in with GCKey can now benefit from the added security 2FA offers. Counsel and delegates are asked to
sign in and set up 2FA as soon as possible.
My Case users who use a
Sign-in Partner (such as their bank) are not affected by this change. No action is required on their part.
My Case users who need additional assistance can contact the
My Case Help Desk by email or by calling 1-833-777-2433 from 8 am to 5 pm, ET, Monday to Friday.
