The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has released its latest quality report for the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD). As one of the strategies under the IRB's
Quality Assurance Framework, the IRB's divisions regularly undergo independent quality reviews of a selection of their decisions.
Quality Performance in the Immigration Appeal Division 2021 to 2022 is now available along with a
Summary Report. A
Management Response and Action Plan (MRAP) has been developed to address areas for improvement.
